 | John Barbour Chief Executive Officer
John Barbour has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a board member since March 2011. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Barbour served as President of the GameHouse Division of RealNetworks, Inc. from October 2008 to August 2010, where he led the business to profitability. From October 2006 to October 2008, Mr. Barbour served as the Managing Partner of Volta Capital, LLC, a strategy and investment consulting firm where he assisted clients with a wide variety of investment and strategic development engagements. From 1999 to June 2006, Mr. Barbour was employed by Toys “R” Us, Inc., a leading retailer of children’s toys and products. He served as President, Toys “R” Us U.S. from August 2004 to June 2006, where he was responsible for $5.5 billion of retail sales through approximately 600 stores across the U.S. and built the private brands business to over $1 billion of annual sales. Prior to that, he served as President, Toys “R” Us International and Chairman, Toys “R” Us Japan from February 2002 to August 2004, achieving three years of record sales and earnings growth. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Barbour served as President and Chief Executive Officer of toysrus.com, a subsidiary of Toys “R” Us, Inc., where he grew sales from $2 million in 1998 to $336 million in 2002. Mr. Barbour has also held senior level positions with Hasbro, Inc., Oddzon Products Inc., and Universal Matchbox Group, Ltd. Mr. Barbour holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, with Honors, from the University of Glasgow. |

 | Michael J. Dodd President and Chief Operating Officer
Michael J. Dodd has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since September 2010 and as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2010. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Operations from April 2005 to February 2010. Prior to joining LeapFrog, he co-founded Executive Technology, Inc., a value-added reseller and system integrator of information technology products, and served as its Chief Operating Officer from September 2003 through April 2005. From May 2002 to September 2003, Mr. Dodd served as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Targus Group International, Inc., a provider of mobile personal computers and wireless accessories. Mr. Dodd was a Vice President, Operations at Juniper Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of internal protocol, or IP, routers from September 2000 to May 2002. From November 1989 to September 2000, Mr. Dodd served in various capacities at Compaq Computer Corporation, a manufacturer of personal computers, most recently as Managing Director of Operations and Strategic Procurement for the Presario personal computer business. Mr. Dodd received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University. |

 | Ray Arthur Chief Financial Officer
Raymond L. Arthur has served as our Chief Financial Officer since July 2012. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Arthur served as Chief Financial Officer at The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe, & Jack from 2008 to 2012, where he built the company’s finance organization. Previously, Mr. Arthur served as Chief Financial Officer of Toys"R"Us Inc., from 2004 to 2006, where he oversaw a strategic review and restructuring of company-wide operations. During his seven year tenure at Toys"R"Us, Mr. Arthur also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of toysrus.com from 2000 to 2003 and as Corporate Controller of Toys"R"Us from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of roles for General Signal Corporation, American Home Products Corporation, American Cyanamid Company and in public accounting. Mr. Arthur received his B.A. in Accounting from William Patterson College and has 30 years of accounting and finance experience. |

 | Greg Ahearn Chief Marketing Officer
Greg Ahearn has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since June 2012 and is responsible for the LeapFrog brand and consumer experience globally, which includes consumer insights, product marketing, licensing, content development, marketing communications and public relations. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Ahearn was Chief Marketing Officer of Toys “R” Us, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotions, including strategy, media analysis, brand position, and creative services for the Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, and FAO Schwartz brands in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Ahearn also served in several other senior leadership roles for Toys “R” Us, Inc. during his tenure there from 2000 to June 2012. Prior to joining Toys “R” Us, Mr. Ahearn was Vice President of Marketing for Hasbro, Inc.’s OddzOn toy division from 1997 to 2000 where he oversaw the development and marketing for brands such as Koosh collectibles, sport and bubbles, Vortex high performance toy sports and Rubik’s puzzles and games. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Ahearn held senior marketing positions at OddzOn, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Hasbro. Mr. Ahearn also previously held several brand management positions at Mattel Inc. Mr. Ahearn received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |

 | Brad Rodrigues Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital and Community Development Brad Rodrigues has served as SVP & GM of Digital and Community Development since July 2012. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Rodrigues spent nine years at Nike leading product, marketing and digital teams in both the US and Europe. Most recently, he was the general manager of Nike+ where he led efforts to elevate the Nike+ consumer experience, increase the level of consumer engagement and service, and expand key consumer digital products.
Before joining Nike, Mr. Rodrigues helped launch a digital marketing company in Chicago and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Stanford University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

 | Christopher Spalding Senior Vice President and Managing Director EMEA
Christopher Spalding has served as our Senior Vice President & Managing Director EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia) since January 2011. Previously, he served as Managing Director Europe and Middle East from October 2009 and was given further territory responsibility for Asia in December 2009. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Spalding was COO of Metro International Media turning the company to profit during his tenure. Prior to this he worked for Associated Newspapers, Emap Magazines and a number of other fast moving consumer goods companies including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Virgin. Christopher has three children, the youngest 21.

 | Saydeah Howard Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development
Saydeah E. Howard has served as our Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development since July 2011. Previously, she served as Senior Director, Talent Management & Acquisition and led our recruiting team from April 2010 to July 2011. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Ms. Howard served as an Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates, an international executive search and assessment firm, from December 2006 to April 2010. Prior to Russell Reynolds, Ms. Howard served in various roles at Turner Broadcasting System from May 2004 to December 2006 where she managed client relationships with cable operators including Comcast, Time Warner, and Cox Communications. From December 1999 to June 2003, she served as the Director of Client at Truis Corporation where she provided customer intelligence services to leading technology companies including Microsoft, Business Objects, and CNET. Ms. Howard received a B.A. in History from Stanford University and a Master's in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.

 | Robert Lattuga Vice President and General Counsel
Robert is responsible for the company’s legal matters, including securities law compliance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property, and litigation. Prior to joining LeapFrog in 2004, Robert spent six years at Venture Law Group (which merged with Heller Ehrman in 2003), where he represented venture-backed technology companies. Robert has a bachelor’s degree in physics with high honors from U.C. Berkeley, a master degree in physics from Harvard University, and a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
