At LeapFrog, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of business conduct and ethics. This LeapFrog Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to every employee, officer and director of LeapFrog (including employees, officers, and directors of our subsidiary companies). The original version of the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics was adopted in June 2004. Since that time we have expanded our presence in the global market and have recognized the need to modify our Code of Conduct to align more closely with the laws of the locations where we have offices. The following versions of our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics were approved by our Board of Directors in August 2006.
